Role Description Coordinate, design, and define implementation models for technological developments and enhancements required by users/customers, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. Requirements for the Position * Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related fields. * Technical Experience: Databases, SQL and Oracle; Software Engineering and programming languages: Java, C, C\#, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, Groovy; tools such as Visual Studio and Web Services development. * Technical Knowledge: Project management methodologies (traditional and agile) applied to software development. Experience with logistics management systems: WHM (Warehouse Management), OTM (Oracle Transportation Management), and co-packing processes. Technical knowledge of networks, infrastructure, and current technologies. JDA (Blue Yonder) tools: MOCA, Integrator, NiceLabel, JasperReports. * Type of Experience: Minimum 3 years in software development and solutions projects. Experience in requirements analysis and elicitation, budgeting, and end-to-end project management. Prior experience in logistics and/or transportation companies is desirable. * Conversational English (mandatory / reporting to India) Key Responsibilities * Manage budgets and coordinate implementation of technology solutions for logistics operations, transportation, and secondary packaging. * Drive innovation through development and exploration of technology solutions that optimize logistics operations, as well as identification and management of vendors for new services and products. Lead technology improvement and service quality initiatives, ensuring correct technical and functional execution—including analysis, design, documentation, testing, and interface supervision. * Provide complementary technical support—such as software installation and infrastructure sizing—to strengthen the company’s technology architecture. * Manage, administer, and monitor vulnerabilities, ensuring their effective resolution. * Administer and follow up on findings from internal audits. * Support application and server migration processes. * Collaborate in Infosec-related supplier sessions and documentation. * Monitor and control area-specific projects. * Address and resolve support cases related to assigned applications, documenting each incident in the relevant tools. * Manage functional requirements originating from the business unit. * Escalate incidents that cannot be resolved internally, coordinating with vendors and ensuring necessary access rights. * Participate in internal team meetings and client meetings (internal and external) as required. * Comply with corporate policies and regulations. * Manage all necessary aspects across involved applications and tools: Sislog, Discoverer (Sislog reports), Jobboss, Synergy BRD Jobboss, Nulogy, Integrator, GSN, Catalogs, SCAV, TC, MySC, MySC\-CSS OTM, Tracking\-TC, PBI (views).
