





**You’re getting closer to touching the sky! ✈️** We want you to join this exciting journey where you can grow and develop alongside a highly skilled and diverse team that will support you in overcoming obstacles and reaching your destination. **Part-Time Customer Service Agent Trainee – BOG** In this role, you will deliver and ensure service excellence by providing agile and timely assistance, fulfilling the duties and responsibilities outlined in operational manuals and the Integrated Management System. **Key Responsibilities:** * Attend to, guide, and direct passengers at each touchpoint according to established procedures, ensuring flight operations are conducted safely and service quality is maintained. * Deliver excellent customer service by meeting passengers’ needs and requirements, thereby supporting the organization’s continuous improvement. * Support the Supervisor, Team Leader, or other colleagues during flight delays, disruptions, overbookings, or cancellations by performing assigned tasks to support the organization’s continuous improvement. **Check-in / Boarding Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Technical, Technological, or University degree; preferred fields include aviation, customer service, tourism, and/or hospitality. * **Experience:** Prior experience in aviation, customer service, and sales is desirable. * **English Proficiency:** B2 level. * Flexibility to work rotating shifts. **Location:** Bogotá – Colombia.
