We aim to strengthen our team with an SEO Analyst who thinks in terms of results, metrics, and continuous improvement. Job Purpose Plan, execute, and optimize organic search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the visibility of our clients’ websites, increase qualified traffic, and support business objectives through sustainable organic growth. Key Responsibilities * Design and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. * Conduct technical and content SEO audits. * Perform keyword research focused on search intent and conversion. * Optimize content (structure, metadata, internal linking, headings). * Analyze competitors and identify positioning opportunities. * Monitor search rankings, organic traffic, and SEO KPIs. * Prepare clear reports on results and progress. * Coordinate with content, design, and web development teams. * Continuously propose data-driven and performance-based improvements. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of SEO experience (agency or in-house). * Solid knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO. * Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar. * Basic understanding of HTML, web structure, and performance. * Strong analytical skills and results orientation. * Excellent organizational and priority management skills. * Availability for 100% in-person work in El Poblado, Medellín. Desirable * Experience managing multiple projects or clients. * Knowledge of local and international SEO. * Intermediate English (reading and writing). * Experience collaborating with paid media and CRO teams.
