**Production and Repackaging Technical Supervisor** A major multinational company is opening a new production plant on Cota Road – Siberia and urgently seeks candidates for the position of **Production and Repackaging Technical Supervisor** **Specific Knowledge:** Ø Technician or technologist in Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics, Electricity, or related fields. Ø Knowledge of operation and adjustment of production/packaging machinery. Ø Courses and/or certification in basic maintenance or electrical networks. Ø Knowledge of industrial safety and continuous improvement. **Experience:** Ø Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions or as Technical Leader in Manufacturing, Technical Operations Leader, or Technical Process Leader, having led teams of at least 4 people. Ø Repackaging processes. Ø Operation and adjustment of machinery. Ø Control of technical production parameters. Ø Support in quality and continuous improvement. Ø Implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) protocols at the plant. **What We Offer:** **Contract:** Direct indefinite-term contract with the company. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday (6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM); Saturday (6:00 AM–11:30 AM or 11:30 AM–5:00 PM). **Salary:** **Base Salary:** $2,700,000–$2,800,000 **Legal Transportation Allowance:** $200,000 **Extra-Legal Mobility Allowance:** $110,600 **Extra-Legal Food Allowance:** $121,900 **Work Location:** Celta Trade Park Industrial Park Warehouse Employment Type: Full-time
