Position: Warehouse Associate What is the mission of this position? * Monitor and record company assets, including incoming, outgoing, and internal movements. * Maintain up-to-date inventory records of consumables and supplies. * Manage the warehouse, ensuring order, cleanliness, safety, and appropriate storage conditions. * Request and manage orders for supplies and materials required for operations. * Supervise compliance with safety standards and support management of utility services related to the area. * Coordinate and lead the operational staff assigned to the warehouse. * Generate periodic inventory, asset, and consumption reports. * Verify receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring quality and quantity. * Support traceability of products and materials within operations. * Ensure proper use and preservation of resources assigned to the warehouse. What are we looking for? * Education: Technician, Technologist, and/or professional degree in administrative or logistics-related fields. * General Experience: 2 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, asset management, and warehouse administration; experience coordinating operational staff, managing supplies, and conducting physical stock control. * Specific Experience: 1 year of operational warehouse administration, with direct responsibility for physical asset control, execution of cyclic inventories, handling of critical consumables, coordination of internal orders, and supervision of logistics personnel.
