Strict compliance with traffic and road safety regulations A prominent company in the sector is seeking a National Driver with experience in cargo transportation and handling of vehicles up to 7 tons. Requirements High school diploma. Minimum 2 years of experience on national routes. Certifiable experience in handling vehicles up to 7 tons. Valid C2 driver's license. Valid hazardous materials handling course. Knowledge of traffic and road safety regulations. Willingness to travel nationwide. Responsibilities Complete assigned deliveries within scheduled timeframes. Ensure proper nationwide transportation and delivery of cargo. Inspect the vehicle’s general condition before, during, and after each trip, promptly reporting any mechanical issues or damage encountered. Verify cargo and orders provided by the warehouse department prior to commencing each route. Inspect products upon delivery. Respond to transportation requests assigned by the immediate supervisor. Timely request of necessary fuel and lubricants for operations. Strictly comply with traffic regulations, road safety, industrial safety, and accident prevention standards. Maintain all required documentation for vehicle operation and cargo transportation valid and up to date. Submit expense reports and reconcile disbursed funds within established timeframes. Park the vehicle in the designated location upon completion of operations.
