Responsibilities: - Develop and review architectural and structural drawings. - Collaborate on projects from conception to completion. - Ensure projects comply with regulations and quality standards. - Manage and coordinate on-site personnel. - Prepare and manage project budgets. - Monitor construction progress and generate billing reports. Requirements: - Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. - Prior field experience and experience managing personnel. - Experience preparing budgets. - Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
