Collaborate with global clients on risk management. ### **Description** At Anthesis, we are seeking a **Due Diligence Analyst** to join our global **Business Intelligence** team and support investigations that enable organizations worldwide to make informed decisions regarding **corporate risks**, **compliance**, and **due diligence** processes. In this role, you will participate in **international projects**, investigating and analyzing information from multiple sources to produce high-quality reports that support global clients in risk management and decision-making. If you are passionate about research and want to build your career within an international team, this opportunity is for you! ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the research and drafting of due diligence and corporate intelligence reports. * Search, collect, and analyze information from various public and commercial sources. * Identify relevant information and potential risks for clients. * Support the preparation of proposals and responses to client requests. * Learn research methodologies and tools used by the team. * Manage multiple tasks and projects with guidance from the team and leaders. * Participate in internal meetings and, occasionally, client meetings to support project development. * Assist the team in identifying and developing human sources. * Communicate with clients, respond to questions related to reports, and support the fulfillment of their due diligence needs. * Collaborate with the team lead in executing other functions and responsibilities necessary for project success and departmental evolution. ### **What We’re Looking For:** * A **professional** degree in Law, International Relations, Political Science, Journalism, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. * Between **1 and 2 years of experience** in research, due diligence, compliance, corporate investigations, consulting, investigative journalism, reputational analysis, law, or related areas. **Internships count as relevant experience.** * Excellent **research, analytical, and information synthesis** skills. * Excellent **written and verbal communication** skills. * Interest in **international affairs**, **business**, and **corporate risk management**. * **English C1 level.** * Desirable: + Specialization or coursework in **compliance, corporate risk, research**, or related areas. + Prior experience in **due diligence** or **corporate intelligence**. + **Portuguese B2 level.** + Proficiency in digital search and research tools. ### **What We Offer:** * An **indefinite-term contract.** * A **hybrid work model.** * **Connectivity allowance.** * **On-demand vacation days.** * Other **non-statutory benefits.** ### **About Anthesis Group** **Our commitment to building and maintaining a diverse workforce** Anthesis serves clients across all industry sectors and supports some of the world’s largest multinationals, including Reckitt, Cisco, Tesco, The North Face, and Target.
