Job Summary: Provide operational and technical support for intervention and adaptation projects of outdoor spaces, including installation of urban furniture and assistance in park construction. Operation of manual, mechanical, and electrical tools **Position Objective** Provide operational and technical support for intervention and adaptation projects of outdoor spaces, performing assembly and installation tasks for urban furniture (wood and wood-plastic) and providing general assistance in the construction of community parks, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards of the works. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * **Assembly and Construction:** Assemble, mount, and install outdoor furniture and recreational structures made of traditional wood and wood-plastic. * **Site Assistance:** Support operational construction, maintenance, and site adaptation activities for community parks. * **Tool Operation:** Safely operate basic manual, mechanical, and electrical tools used in carpentry and civil construction. * **Cutting and Sizing:** Assist in cutting, sanding, drilling, and preparing materials according to project technical specifications. * **Order and Safety:** Maintain a clean and organized work area and strictly comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). **Academic and Experience Requirements** * **Education Level:** High school diploma, Technical, Technological, or Assistant degree in Carpentry, Cabinetmaking, Civil Construction, Civil Works, or related fields (empirical experience with certified background is valued). * **Work Experience:** Minimum **6 months of verifiable experience** in related positions (carpentry, construction assistant, structural or furniture assembly). * **Specific Knowledge:** * Proficiency in carpentry and construction tools. * Basic knowledge of wooden structure assembly (familiarity with wood-plastic is desirable). * Fundamental understanding of reading assembly drawings or sketches (desirable but not mandatory). **Competencies and Skills** * **Attention to Detail:** Precision in furniture assembly and finishing. * **Teamwork:** Ability to coordinate with site supervisors, technicians, and foremen. * **Commitment and Responsibility:** Punctuality and adherence to delivery schedules. * **Physical Endurance:** Willingness to perform operational tasks outdoors and in field conditions. **Contractual Conditions** * **Contract Type:** To be determined / Project-based or task-based (adjust according to company policy). * **Salary:** Negotiable salary (based on profile, experience, and technical competencies). * **Working Hours:** Full-time. * **Work Location:** Fieldwork / construction sites (specify city or work zone in the agency). **Contact Information for Candidate Submissions** * **Primary Phone / WhatsApp:** 321 986 4403 * **Secondary Phone / WhatsApp:** 314 415 6374 * **Application Requirement:** Submit an updated resume with supporting documents or professional references from prior construction or carpentry experience.
