Position Summary: Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the Integrated Management System (IMS) to guarantee safe working conditions, risk control, and quality in projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages occupational safety and health, and risk control. 2. Leads HSE trainings and coordinates contingency plans. 3. METALFORMING LATINA S.A.S. **Metalmechanical and Hydrocarbons Sector Company – Industrial Projects.** **Position Objective** Ensure the implementation, monitoring, and compliance of the Integrated Management System (IMS), guaranteeing safe working conditions, occupational risk control, environmental compliance, and quality in the company’s projects and operations. **Main Functions** * Execute and monitor activities of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) and other IMS components. * Identify, assess, and control hazards, occupational risks, environmental aspects, and impacts at site and plant. * Conduct safety inspections, safety observations, and control of unsafe conditions and acts. * Manage work permits and supervise high-risk activities. * Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Lead trainings, inductions, safety talks, and HSE campaigns. * Manage incident and accident reporting, investigations, and follow-up. * Prepare and manage HSEQ documentation required by projects and clients. * Coordinate emergency drills, emergency response teams, and contingency plans. * Support internal and external audits and compliance with legal requirements. * Prepare HSE management reports and indicators. * Coordinate activities with projects, clients, and operational teams. **Requirements** **Education:** * Technical or Technological degree in Occupational Safety and Health * Valid Occupational Safety and Health license. **Additional Training:** * OSHMS course (50/20 hours, valid). * Height Work Coordinator certification (desirable). * Knowledge of Colombian occupational safety and health and environmental regulations. **Experience:** * Minimum 2–3 years in similar positions. * Experience in industrial, metalmechanical, construction, or hydrocarbons sectors (preferred). **Competencies** * Leadership and teamwork * Assertive communication * Planning and organization * Attention to detail * Decision-making **Conditions** * Plant and field work * Willingness to travel * Supervision of operational personnel **How to Apply** Send your resume to: **gestionhumana@mflatina.com** Subject line: **HSE Supervisor – Candidate’s Name** Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
