Manages documents on platforms such as BIM and SharePoint We are looking for a Document Analyst responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling the company’s physical and digital documentation, guaranteeing its proper administration and availability. Main Responsibilities: * Registration and control of invoices, credit notes, and other administrative documents * Management of correspondence and generation of sequential numbers * Management of documents on platforms such as BIM and SharePoint * Organization and control of physical and digital files * Support in document transfers and internal inquiries Requirements: **Technologist in Document Management or related field** * Experience in document management (1–3 years) * Proficiency in office software * Knowledge of document management systems (desirable) * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity * English level A1 Location: Bogotá D.C.
