What You’ll Do at Baxter: * Ensure compliance, follow-up, and execution of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, as well as Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS\&S) programs. * Execute and monitor the company’s environmental program: waste management, wastewater, air emissions, potable water, identification and evaluation of environmental aspects, regulatory compliance, and training. * Ensure compliance and execution of Industrial Hygiene programs, including hearing conservation, respiratory protection, radiofrequency, lighting, chemical and biological agents, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, and calibration of measurement instruments. * Ensure and actively support compliance with all ergonomic aspects of the facility. * Organize, train, and maintain the Emergency Brigade in optimal condition, as well as coordinate communication with external agencies (Fire Department, Red Cross, National Emergency Commission, among others). * Ensure fire-fighting and self-protection equipment are in proper working condition. * Monitor tasks related to the plant’s chemical stewardship (licenses, consumption reports, purchases, and regulatory observations). * Conduct internal audits, inspections, and self-assessments of EHS\&S compliance across all facilities. * Identify hazardous conditions, assess chemical and operational risks, and establish controls to reduce risks and injuries. * Ensure workplace conditions comply with applicable local and national regulations. * Serve as the EHS\&S representative on cross-functional projects, including introduction of new processes, chemicals, equipment, products, or capacity expansions. * Provide regulatory guidance for changes to equipment, processes, and facilities. What You’ll Bring: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field in Environment, Health, and Occupational Safety. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within industrial or manufacturing environments. * Knowledge of EHS management systems, regulatory compliance, and auditing. * Internal Auditor certification (preferred). * Project Management certification. * Proficiency with computer tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Intermediate level of English, both oral and written (bilingual environment). * Certifications in Physical Security, OEA and/or C\-TPAT (preferred). * Certification or knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 (preferred). * Effective communication, leadership, and supervisory skills. * Ability to handle unexpected situations, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively in teams. * Dynamic, proactive, organized, and innovative profile, with excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
