Position Summary: We are seeking an Audiovisual Resources Assistant to manage resources, coordinate spaces and equipment, and ensure the optimal delivery of university classes and practical sessions, as well as to support institutional events. Management of equipment, spaces, and maintenance A university institution requires an Audiovisual Resources Assistant to administer audiovisual and personnel resources, coordinating spaces, schedules, and equipment to facilitate the optimal delivery of student classes and practical sessions, thereby fulfilling the university's established requirements. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support scheduling of practical classrooms during academic periods. * Coordinate with the Faculty of Communication the requirements for equipment, spaces, and accessories necessary to deliver classes and practical sessions. * Establish control measures for access to and closure of practical classrooms. * Schedule and request preventive and corrective maintenance for assigned equipment. * Plan and monitor individual student use of practical classrooms. * Generate statistical information regarding the use of practical classrooms. * Ensure the security of practical classrooms, equipment, materials, and documents and information under their responsibility. * Verify the accuracy of information provided by users, thereby ensuring correct use of the resources supplied. * Collaborate with the Audiovisual Resources Leader to ensure proper execution of activities during the inter-semester period. * Prepare required documentation to respond to internal and external requests and submit periodic management reports and accountability statements to relevant authorities. * Be responsible for the security of documents, information under their custody, and assigned work assets and tools. * Submit reports required by the immediate supervisor and other governance and oversight authorities. * Carry out preparation and ensure implementation of chemicals for activities in the analog photography laboratory. \*Collaborate with the Audiovisual Resources Leader to ensure proper execution of institutional events. * Operate Promagas OBS and Sound Systems for live event broadcasting. * Set up audiovisual equipment for events. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** University degree in Communication or Media Production and/or Photography **GENERAL EXPERIENCE:** Educational institutions, audiovisual media, and related fields. **ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:** Audiovisual Media**, **Photography and Editing**, **Digital Tools**. **Salary: $**1\.750\.905 pesos **Permanent Contract** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
