We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and great willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity to launch a professional career in the BPO – Call Center sector, with stability, continuous training, and real growth opportunities. **Responsibilities** Contact customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, or chatbot to manage accounts receivable. Provide payment alternatives and conduct effective negotiations. Accurately record and categorize interactions in the system. Follow up on payment commitments. **Requirements** Completed high school education. Experience not required. Excellent verbal communication and commercial attitude.
