Position Summary: Engineering professional with experience in the formulation and management of technological, social, and/or engineering projects, ensuring viability and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the formulation and management of innovative projects. 2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for the comprehensive design of projects. 3. Ensure the technical, financial, and economic viability of projects. **EDUCATION:** Engineering degree (Industrial, Civil, Electronics, Systems, Mechanical, or related fields). Specialization or Master’s degree in Project Management, Project Formulation and Evaluation, or Finance. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum two (2) years in similar roles, involving project formulation and structuring for technical, technological, social, or infrastructure projects. **TRAINING:** * Advanced Excel applied to finance or project formulation. * Training in collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion, Microsoft Teams). **KNOWLEDGE:** • Project Management Methodologies (Logical Framework, MGA, PMBOK). * Financial and economic project analysis. * Budgeting, costing, and scheduling of technical activities. * Development of schedules (MS Project, Gantt). * Evaluation and return indicators (IRR, NPV, VAN). * CRM usage (Odoo). **FUNCTIONS:** * Identify project opportunities aligned with organizational objectives. * Formulate and manage technological, social, and/or engineering projects. * Conduct technical, financial, and economic feasibility studies. * Prepare documentation for submission to public or private funding entities. * Develop schedules, budgets, projected cash flows, and risk analyses. * Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for information gathering and comprehensive project design. * Ensure compliance with technical, legal, and environmental standards during formulation. * Support working groups for initial project implementation and approval or funding processes. * Maintain up-to-date documentation for formulated and ongoing projects. * Stay current and trained on the company’s products, services, and solutions. * Prepare and present monthly Pre-sales and project formulation indicators. * Provide support to the Pre-sales department. * Perform other duties inherent to the position and those assigned by Commercial Management. **Compensation to be agreed upon
