Excellent organizational climate and culture of mutual support Join our team at Sager SAS! **Position:** Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Apprentice **Contract Type:** Apprenticeship Contract (SENA or accredited institutions) **Location:** Bogotá (7 de Agosto), Colombia **Role Mission:** Support the management, prevention, and promotion of safety culture, ensuring the well-being of our entire team and compliance with the SG\-SST. What will be your challenges and learning opportunities? * Support updating and documenting the Management System (SG\-SST) in accordance with Colombian regulations (Decree 1072 and Resolution 0312\). * Assist in implementing the training plan, safety inspections, and occupational well-being and health activities. * Support onboarding and re-onboarding processes related to safety for personnel. * Actively participate in internal committees (COPASST, Coexistence Committee), helping document and track their action plans. * Support incident or risk condition reporting and investigation across various operational areas. What are we looking for in you? * Currently enrolled student in **Technology in Occupational Safety and Health**. * Eligible and at the appropriate stage to sign an **Apprenticeship Contract** immediately. * Basic\-intermediate proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word). * **Key Soft Skills:** Strong attention to detail, proactivity, excellent interpersonal skills, and passion for caring for people.
