**Support Operator TAN** **About the Role:** Ensure the proper operation of the assigned machine, guaranteeing personnel safety, product quality, and adherence to the production schedule, while complying with all established rules and procedures for the job. **Responsibilities:** * Implement and comply with all policies and measures defined by the organization that are necessary to ensure your safety and the safety of all company employees. * Fulfill all responsibilities outlined in tables T1005, T1006, and T1007. * Comply with the 12 Golden Rules of Quality. * Use personal protective equipment and conduct all job-specific risk assessments. * Keep machines or work areas clean and orderly, following operational discipline standards and manufacturing technical specifications. **Who You Are:** * **Education:** Technician or technologist in Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. * **Experience:** 1–3 years in production lines for sanitary towels, daily liners, and panty liners, in roles such as Supernumerary Operator and/or Process Operator, or similar. * **Basic Knowledge:** Quality management systems, NTF Production Process. * **Competencies:** Assertive communication, teamwork. **What We Offer You:** Our purpose—Breaking Barriers for Well-being—gives meaning to everything we do.
