Job Summary: A prominent company is seeking a traffic and route controller to manage route scheduling, monitor vehicles, and handle operational logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Logistics handling A prominent company requires a traffic and route controller for its workforce, with academic training as a Logistics Technologist, or in administrative or related fields, and a minimum of one year’s experience performing duties such as: adhering to route scheduling according to established procedures; monitoring vehicles while maintaining smooth communication with assistants and drivers; authorizing route deviations; handling customer service and support communications; reporting updates; and managing logistics. Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with a compensatory day off. Work contract type: project-based employment. Salary: minimum wage \+ variable bonus based on operational performance, plus statutory benefits. Workplace: Tocancipá. Workplace: On-site employment
