This person will be responsible for consolidating metrics, generating reports, and extracting insights to optimize the performance of digital and marketing initiatives. The role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. **Responsibilities** Collect, process, and analyze data from various digital sources. Develop periodic performance reports with key metrics. Identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities. Build dashboards and visualizations to facilitate information interpretation. Support campaign and marketing initiative measurement. Collaborate with strategy, media, and creative teams to interpret results. Ensure quality and consistency of analyzed data. Present findings and evidence-based recommendations. **Requirements** 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in similar roles. Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools. Strong command of Excel and reporting platforms. Ability to interpret digital and marketing metrics. Analytical thinking and skill in storytelling with data. Desirable: knowledge of SQL, Google Analytics, Data Studio, or related tools. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate results clearly. **Working Conditions** Indefinite-term employment contract. Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. On-site work in Bogotá.
