This opportunity is office-based in Bogotá, with occasional site visits scheduled in advance. **The Role** Wood Colombia seeks an engineering professional for its team, with a minimum of 10 years’ specific experience in engineering projects within the Oil & Gas sector and at least 5 years’ specific experience as a coordinator, to serve as Engineering Coordinator. The candidate must possess multidisciplinary technical capabilities to ensure successful project execution, bilingualism, and English proficiency at C1 level. If not available, take appropriate actions. * Direct discipline leads within the project and serve as the focal point for multidisciplinary issues requiring follow-up and resolution. * Monitor project progress, schedules and proper budget execution, together with discipline leads, document control, project control, QA, HSSE, subcontracting, etc. * Take action when necessary. Approve all deliverables prior to submission to the client. * Lead all Technical Safety activities. * Ensure engineering and design integrity throughout project execution. * Lead “Quality on Time”: monitor and approve design changes and prepare all supported change orders. * Support the development and updating of the lessons-learned database, as well as implementation thereof. * Execute any other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor and aligned with company needs. * Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards. * Ensure responsible and efficient use of organizational assets (tools, materials, equipment, information). **What Makes You Extraordinary?** At Wood, we are committed to equal opportunity and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
