Would you like to be the person responsible for ensuring the stability and security of a high\-impact Microsoft infrastructure? You will be part of a specialized Microsoft Infrastructure team where stability, security, and technological evolution are top priorities. You will contribute to the administration of hybrid environments (On\-Premise \+ Cloud), supporting the transformation and strengthening of the organization’s technology architecture. How a day to day would look like in this role:* Administer and optimize Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022\). * Manage Active Directory: GPOs, replication, sites and services, DNS/DHCP, auditing, and access control. * Administer Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid environments using Azure AD Connect. * Implement security policies (MFA, Conditional Access, system hardening). * Perform monitoring, backup, recovery, and automation tasks using PowerShell. **What we need to see from you** Technologist or Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields, with advanced experience in Windows Administration, strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure, and proven experience working in hybrid environments. Required Skills:* Windows Server administration and role management. * On\-Premise Active Directory (GPOs, replication, DNS, DHCP, auditing). * Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and hybrid synchronization. * Security in Microsoft environments (MFA, Conditional Access, system hardening). * PowerShell (intermediate to advanced level).
