Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Technologist to support the implementation and monitoring of the OSH Management System (SG-SST), conduct safety inspections, and deliver training. Emphasis on risk prevention and safe work at heights **Tecnomecánica y Proyectos S.A.S.** Requires an **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Technologist** with a **valid OSH license**, either recently graduated or experienced. We seek a responsible, proactive, and eager-to-learn individual to support the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG\-SST), conduct safety inspections, deliver training, investigate incidents and accidents, follow up on action plans, manage documentation, and accompany operational activities in the field and workshop. Basic knowledge of current regulations, proficiency in office software tools, and skills in communication, teamwork, and risk prevention—especially in industrial assembly activities and safe work at heights—are valued. Requirements * Occupational Safety and Health Technologist. * Valid OSH license. * Recent graduate or experienced professional. * Basic knowledge of the SG\-SST and Colombian OSH legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Willingness to travel to construction sites or projects as required. * Preferred: Completion of the current 50-hour or 20-hour SG\-SST course and knowledge of safe work at heights.
