Position: Sealing Operator / Production **Job Objective** Carry out the bag sealing process according to established quality, safety, and productivity standards, ensuring proper machinery operation, fulfillment of production orders, and maintaining the work area in optimal conditions. **Main Responsibilities** * **Order, cleanliness, and safety of the work area** * Wear uniform and personal protective equipment. * Apply the 5S method to keep the area organized and clean. * **Shift handover and交接 (Note:保留原词交接 due to format requirement, though it's not English)** * Report shift updates. * Read the production schedule. * Hand over a clean machine with complete tools. * **Review and preparation of production order** * Verify technical specifications, mechanical drawings, or physical samples. * Confirm raw material quantities (kg and rolls to be processed). * **Preparation of materials and components** * Prepare measuring tape, blades, Teflon, sealing devices, packaging, boxes, and rolls. * Check operating conditions of the sealer. * **Order setup** * Set machine parameters (temperature, speed, pressure). * Thread plastic film and install additional accessories. * Program the machine from the digital panel according to specifications. * **Product sealing** * Monitor quality during the process: temperature, speed, and visual appearance. * Record data on quality forms. * **Order completion** * Release finished product with identification tags. * Record produced quantities, waste, and any incidents in the system. * **Autonomous machine maintenance** * Perform basic inspections and report anomalies. * Complete cleaning and maintenance forms. * **Compliance with Quality Management System** * Ensure product meets specifications. * Suggest process improvements. * **Work Safety and Health Responsibilities** * Comply with SST policies and regulations. * Participate in training, drills, and report unsafe conditions or accidents. * Properly handle PPE and chemical substances. * **Manual operations** * Manual cutting, sealing, and die-cutting of bags as required by the process. * **Education:** High school graduate. (Industrial processes technician or related field is a plus). * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in similar roles in production or handling sealers. * Ability to read mechanical drawings and production orders. * Basic knowledge of measurement tools. * Quality control in sealing processes. * Industrial safety and SST regulations.
