Academic Qualification: Completed high school diploma. Specific Responsibilities: * Inspect your workstation and tools to ensure optimal conditions. * Perform daily mise en place for operations. * Prepare proteins on the grill and fry potatoes. * Prepare, assemble, and plate final dishes. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout all food handling processes. * Request supplies from the COHE or suppliers at the cash register. * Conduct daily inventory at the end of operations. * Receive, count, and verify supplies delivered by COHE and suppliers. * Collaborate with the team to efficiently cover operational needs. * Adhere to company-prescribed recipe standards. * Maintain continuous cleanliness of the area and perform cleaning at the end of each shift. * Follow biosafety protocols and report shortages or reductions in raw materials. * Monitor refrigerator, freezer, and raw material temperatures according to requirements.
