




A company in the fast food retail sector requires a Kitchen Leader with 1 to 2 years of experience in the position for its work team. **Requirements:** * High school graduate or Technical degree in Gastronomy * Basic administrative knowledge (inventory management, supply control, among others) * Experience between 1 and 3 years in job functions **Functions:** 1\. Visit assigned sales points to support kitchen operations in any required position at the location. 2\. Coordinate work teams during periods of high demand, actively participating in operations. 3\. Verify compliance with quality, presentation, and service protocols for each restaurant process. 4\. Assist with basic administrative tasks related to inventory, orders, and personnel control. 5\. Provide guidance and support to operational staff when necessary and requested by the site lead administrator. 6\. Report operational and administrative updates to the administrator at each sales point. 7\. Actively participate in your learning and continuous development process, aimed at strengthening competencies specific to the role of site administrator. **Required Competencies:** Customer orientation Order, Quality, and Accuracy Time management Effective communication Problem resolution **What do we offer?** **Base salary:** $1,423,500 plus transportation allowance. **Supplementary allowances:** Non-salary bonus based on experience (between $176,500 and $376,500) **Work schedule:** Night shifts and weekends: Monday to Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 3:00 p.m. to approximately 1:00 a.m. One day off per week.
