The candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, ensuring dish quality, optimizing operational processes, and maintaining the highest hygiene and service standards. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate the kitchen team and schedule work shifts. * Supervise food production, presentation, and serving times. * Manage inventories, supplies, and food costs. * Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and Al Alma quality standards. * Support ongoing training for kitchen staff. * Collaborate closely with service and procurement departments. Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience managing kitchens in restaurants. * Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and quality standards. * Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. * Availability for rotating shifts.
