Job Summary: We are seeking a Technician in Civil Construction or related field, with experience in new vertical building projects, to supervise construction sites and manage personnel. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the vertical construction sector 2. Personnel management and preparation of construction control reports 3. Knowledge and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite * **Title:** Technician in Civil Construction, or technician in fields related to civil engineering, architecture, or Construction Foreman. * **General Experience:** More than 2 years. * **Specific Experience:** Must have 18 months of experience in the construction sector, having served as a Construction Assistant on new vertical buildings with pile foundations and structures of at least three stories in height, intended for public use (hospitals, schools, universities, security facilities, CAM, or similar); at least one of these projects must have been carried out for public entities. Experience in preparing construction control reports and personnel management is required. * **Additional Education:** Knowledge and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday. * **Location:** Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley. * **Salary:** To be agreed upon.
