This opportunity is for you! **Position:** **Machine and Tool Operator** **Required Profile:** * Minimum **6 months** of experience in processes related to machinery and tools. * Academic background ideally includes: * Technician or Technologist in **Machinery and Tools**, or * Technician or Technologist in **Manufacturing Mechanical Components Using CNC Machines**, or related programs. **Experience** * Knowledge and operation of machines such as **lathes, milling machines, or others** * **CNC knowledge or experience is highly desirable** * Basic blueprint interpretation (preferred). * Use of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). * Compliance with quality and industrial safety standards. **Competencies:** * Commitment and responsibility. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Willingness to learn. * Orientation toward quality and productivity. **Work Location:** Itagüí, Antioquia.
