We are currently seeking an Accountant / Bookkeeping Specialist who will be responsible for executing and supervising accounting processes for multiple clients, supporting monthly closings, and ensuring information reliability. What will you do in this role? * Record and review accounting transactions. * Perform bank reconciliations and account analyses. * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Support and coordinate monthly accounting closings. * Prepare basic financial statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement). * Validate invoicing and supporting documentation. * Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. * Maintain written communication with international clients as required. * Provide technical support to the accounting team. What are we looking for? * Degree in Public Accounting. * 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping. * Experience managing multiple clients or companies. * Experience working with international clients (preferably in the U.S.). * Proficiency in QuickBooks (highly valued). * Intermediate Excel skills. * Basic English for writing and reading emails.
