




**Some of your responsibilities are, but are not limited to:** **Carrier Sales \& Procurement** * Source, quality, and onboard reliable carriers across multiple modes truckload, drayage, and ocean freight. * Negotiate competitive rates while maintaining profitability and service standards. * Build strong relationships with carrier partners to ensure consistent capacity and reliable service. * Collaborate with the Pricing and Operations teams to match carrier capacity with available freight. * Maintain an updated database of carriers, lanes, and market rates to support quoting and coverage efficiency. **Dispatch \& Load Management** * Assign loads to carriers and ensure all shipment details (pickup/delivery times, equipment type, commodity, etc.) are clearly communicated. * Dispatch drivers provide accurate load instructions and confirm understanding of all requirements. * Coordinate international shipments, including booking with the shipping lines, verifying documentation, and managing drayage to/from ports. **Documentation \& Data Accuracy** * Enter and update load information accurately in the Transportation Management System (TMS). * Maintain carrier paperwork such as rate confirmations, proof of delivery (POD), and other shipping documentation. Minimum requirements\* * **Studies:** Studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics or an administration\-related Degree. * **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in Logistics or Freight Operations ,Strong working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry tools. * Familiarity with freight quoting, load building, or rate management processes. * **Language:** Advanced English skills.
