Main responsibilities: * Inspire and guide clients through their overseas study process. * Manage leads and conduct effective follow-up using the CRM. * Schedule and conduct personalized consultations, both virtual and in-person. * Meet and exceed daily targets and assigned performance indicators. * Use digital tools such as WhatsApp Business to strengthen client relationships. * Continuously train to gain in-depth knowledge of educational products and destinations.
