An insurance sector company requires an **Administrative Assistant** with 2 years of experience in the role, proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience drafting emails, letters, and reports, and experience in document digitization and archiving. The candidate will be responsible for responding to mass emails. We seek an organized, proactive individual with administrative management skills to provide operational support to the department. **Employment Conditions** **Salary**: COP 1,750,000 + transportation allowance **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Fixed-term contract for 2 months, thereafter potentially converted to an indefinite-term contract **Responsibilities:** · Provide administrative and operational support to the business group's departments. · Ensure proper receipt, organization, and management of institutional documents. · Manage databases and control correspondence. · Respond to approximately 60 emails daily in a timely and clear manner.
