The Worldwide Customer Service Finance team is looking for a Finance Analyst to join our growing business in Colombia to support the Customer Service team. You will partner with Operations teams to provide insightful analysis to support the future investments in this space. You will also build and leverage an extensive cross\-functional partnership with consumer retail businesses and finance teams to drive cost reduction while improving customer experience. Make History.” Key job responsibilities Drive financial controllership, build monthly financial metrics, analyze variances to forecast and communicate to senior management on key drivers Manage data in financial systems, and create insightful reports to drive business decisions Reconcile financial reports across different businesses; drive process improvements, automation, and consistency Drive regular metrics reviews, as well as analytical support through deep\-dive analyses Improve tools, processes, scale existing solutions, create new solutions as required based on stakeholder needs. A day in the life You will be focused towards controllership, planning, closing responsibilities of your sites. You will work as a CFO of your sites who will be partnering with your local site leaders to understand the operations and surface the underlying risk and opportunities while driving it to closure. You will drive the ongoing finance mechanism while strengthening it further to drive optimal financial results. Join us to apply your financial acumen to diverse challenges, build lasting relationships, and take great strides in your career growth. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * 5\+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience * 5\+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience * 6\+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience * 6\+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience * 6\+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision\-making experience * 6\+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience * 6\+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience * Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5\+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re\-engineering, quality assurance) experience **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * 6\+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience * 6\+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience * MBA, or CPA * Knowledge of SQL/ETL * Experience working with large\-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) * Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
