Your Impact * Lead the transformation of hardware design by developing and deploying autonomous AI agents in complex design environments. * Identify and automate manual processes, driving improvements in design health, verification, and documentation workflows. * Build scalable frameworks that enable multiple AI agents to collaborate on high\-value engineering tasks. * Translate hardware requirements into actionable prompts and agentic logic, ensuring seamless interaction between software and hardware teams. * Mentor and guide engineers in adopting AI\-first practices, amplifying the organizational impact of AI solutions. • Minimum Qualifications * 5\+ years of experience in software development. * Expert\-level Python expertise in building tools, integrating APIs, and designing scalable systems. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues to cross\-functional teams. * Fluency in English, both written and spoken language. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. * Hands\-on experience working with LLM APIs and building agentic workflows. * Experience with industry\-standard scripting languages such as TCL, Perl, or Shell to integrate AI into legacy environments. * Experience with backend development. * Familiarity with Docker or Podman for deploying microservices. * Experience with database systems such as MySQL and MongoDB for data visualization. * Knowledge of the RTL to GDS flow and the overall ASIC design lifecycle.
