Apprentice Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will focus on customer service management oriented toward user loyalty and monetization via telephone contact. Your main responsibilities will be: Providing customer support by handling requests, inquiries, and needs related to their services. Offering solutions that promote customer retention, such as payment agreements, plan adjustments, or available benefits. Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience, thereby contributing to retention and satisfaction. Accurately and completely recording each interaction in the company’s systems.
