We seek a candidate with a holistic project vision, capable of integrating diverse technical areas—including civil works, electrical installations, finishes, carpentry, and other related disciplines—ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance. This is not an on-site operational role, but rather a strategic and technical position responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and comprehensively controlling project execution. Requirements: * Degree in Architecture or Engineering (Civil or related fields). * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination or management. * Knowledge of: * Civil works * Electrical installations * Finishes * Plan reading and interpretation * Budgeting and cost control * Leadership and interdisciplinary teamwork capabilities. * Ability to supervise contractors and work teams. * Proficiency in office software and design or project management software (preferred).
