




We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate must be fully bilingual (Spanish\-English) and capable of handling multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Administrative Management: * Coordinate and manage appointment and meeting schedules * Organize business and personal travel (bookings, itineraries, documentation) * Handle correspondence in Spanish and English (emails, calls, letters) * Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports * Manage physical and digital filing of important documents **Personal Support**: * Coordinate domestic services and maintenance * Manage medical and personal appointments * Organize social and family events * Make purchases and run personal errands when necessary * Act as liaison with service providers * Communication and Translation: * Serve as interpreter in meetings and calls when required * Translate official documents and correspondence * Attend to visitors and clients in both languages * Coordinate with international teams **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** * Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Communications, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant * Demonstrable experience in corporate environment Technical Skills: * Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written) * Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.) * Basic skills in social media and digital marketing Personal Skills: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks * Absolute discretion and confidential information management * Proactivity and ability to anticipate needs * Schedule flexibility according to position requirements Job Type: Full\-time
