Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Environmental Engineer to plan, execute, and monitor the environmental and social management of engineering projects. Key Highlights: 1. At **Accesorios y Sistemas S.A.**, we are an engineering company located in La Estrella, Antioquia, specializing in two business lines: installation of Fire Protection Systems and assembly of special-purpose vehicles. We are currently seeking a committed Environmental Engineer with a strong sense of responsibility and orientation toward fulfilling the environmental and social requirements of our projects. Required Profile * Professional degree in Environmental Engineering. * Minimum three (3\) years of verifiable experience as an Environmental Engineer. * Of the three (3\) years of experience, at least two (2\) years must be specific experience in environmental and social management within companies involved in: * Power generation plants. * Water supply systems. * Sewerage systems. * Power distribution networks. * Gas distribution networks. * Electrical substations. Main Responsibilities * Plan, execute, and monitor the environmental and social management of assigned projects. * Ensure compliance with current environmental regulations and requirements established by competent authorities. * Develop, implement, and monitor environmental management plans. * Manage permits, licenses, authorizations, and other required environmental procedures. * Identify, assess, and control environmental impacts arising from project execution. * Conduct field environmental inspections and audits. * Prepare technical reports and environmental compliance reports for clients and regulatory agencies. * Coordinate waste management activities, efficient use of natural resources, and control of environmental aspects and impacts. * Support implementation of social management programs related to projects. * Provide technical support to various work teams on environmental and sustainability topics. * Participate in meetings with clients, third-party oversight entities, and environmental authorities as required. * Promote continuous improvement and compliance with the organization's environmental standards.
