Guarantee the proper execution of civil works by efficiently managing human, material, and technical resources to meet established quality standards. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. **Experience:** 5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer or Construction Supervisor, and 2 years as Deputy or Construction Manager. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating subcontractors. **Technical and/or Specialized Knowledge:** Construction Processes: Earthworks, foundations, concrete and steel structures, architectural finishes, and urban development. Interpretation of structural, architectural, and topographic drawings. Construction Control: Scheduling and schedule control using tools such as MS Project. Cost and budget analysis. Management of material, machinery, and personnel resources. Colombian Construction Regulations: NSR-10: Structural Requirements for Buildings. RETIE: Electrical Safety in Construction. Seismic Resistance Regulation: Application in structural design and execution. Quality Management: Supervision of construction procedures and assurance of standards. Organization and focus on achieving objectives and meeting schedules. **Key Job Responsibilities:** 1. Supervise construction progress at the site, ensuring adherence to the established schedule. 2. Ensure correct execution of activities in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and local and international regulations. 3. Coordinate field work teams, including workers, contractors, and subcontractors, to optimize performance and efficiency. 4. Ensure that all work complies with the project’s required quality standards, following technical specifications and applicable regulations. 5. Conduct periodic inspections to identify potential deficiencies in construction execution and implement necessary corrective actions. 6. Monitor construction progress against the project’s overall schedule and take corrective actions when needed to prevent delays. 7. Promptly communicate any schedule deviations and propose solutions. 8. Ensure compliance with all local construction regulations and other relevant regulations. 9. Periodically report project progress—including advances, issues, and corrective actions—to the Project Manager. 10. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders involved in the project to ensure achievement of overall objectives. 11. Supervise contractor and subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with established quality, schedule, and safety standards. 12. Conduct performance evaluations and make decisions regarding contractor continuation, if necessary. 13.
