Our Employment Offer: Competitive monthly salary: $1,750,905 COP. Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Job stability and direct employment by the company. Contract type: Fixed-term contract for 2.5 months, with possibility of extension. Job Responsibilities: Document storage. Management of databases containing documentary information. Verification of physical documents received for processing. Classification of physical and digital files. Physical attachment of correspondence units to technical files. Detailed inventory taking of documents. Preparation of documents, including removal of staples, binders, sticky notes, laminated materials, and other related items. What Are We Looking For? Education level: High school diploma, technical or technological degree (preferably in Document Management). Key Skills and Knowledge: Familiarity with PCs and typing tools. Proficiency in reading and writing. Adaptability and tolerance for change. Assertive communication with the team. Minimum 6 months’ experience in document management and/or file handling, duly verified with employment certificates.
