At **Inversiones Ivanka**, we are looking for a talented, creative, and strategically-minded **Senior Graphic Designer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, exceptional technical skills, and the ability to work on diverse projects across different platforms, audiences, and formats, both **On Line** and **Off Line**, and must have experience in proposing concepts and graphic lines. **Responsibilities:** * **Visual Design Creation:** Develop attractive and effective designs for advertising campaigns, including ads, banners, social media graphics, reel covers, content grids, ebook designs, printed materials, presentations, and more. Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and project objectives, as well as propose and innovate. * **Creative Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative visual concepts and strategies. Propose graphic lines, edit photographs, and co-create with the audiovisual department. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, creative ideas. * **Content Adaptation:** Create adapted versions of designs for different platforms (social media, web, print) and different audiences, maintaining each brand's visual consistency. Optimize designs for specific formats (stories, reels, banners, presentations, prints, etc.). * **Project Management:** Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Prioritize tasks and communicate progress clearly and promptly. * **Innovation and Trends:** Research and apply current trends in graphic design, branding, and visual marketing. Experiment with new techniques, artificial intelligence tools, and various styles to keep the brand at the forefront. * **Product Photography:** Professional camera handling, production, and post-production of product photography. (plus – not exclusive) **Personal Skills:** Excellent visual communication and ability to interpret creative briefs. Attention to detail, organization, and effective time management skills. Collaborative mindset, ability to work in a team, and **adaptability to different projects. Must have the skill and creativity to propose ideas, not just follow instructions.** **Portfolio:** Submission of a portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and experience in diverse projects (digital design, print, branding, etc.). **Education and Experience:** Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. Proven experience of at least 3 years as a graphic designer, preferably in marketing environments.
