




Job Summary: A leading company in the Technology sector is seeking a Training and After-Sales Analyst to train and serve customers, applying andragogical techniques and training on technological tools. Development of communication and learning skills TRAINING AND AFTER-SALES ANALYST A leading company in the Technology sector requires, for its technical team, a Systems Technician or Technologist, or a Health Administration Technician or Technologist, or a professional in related fields, with at least 1 year of verifiable experience as a trainer or instructor and in customer service delivered virtually (remotely), via telephone, and/or in person, using andragogical techniques and training methodologies for learning technological tool usage. SKILLS: - Verbal aptitude. - Ability to learn and convey content. - Control skills. - Interpersonal communication. - Digital competencies. EDUCATION: Technical or technological degree in Health Administration or related field EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year as a trainer or instructor in SOFTWARE USAGE. Experience in customer service delivered virtually, via telephone, and/or in person FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Deliver the scheduled training hours per session. - Record and report training activities to the immediate supervisor. - Punctuality and respectful attitude toward customers. - Self-directed learning of software usage. - Report issues identified during software usage to support implementation of improvements.
