Job Description Carry out support activities in the kitchen, assisting in food production and preparation according to required food safety standards and the brand's style to satisfactorily meet customer needs. Prepare ingredients ready for food preparation (washing, sanitizing, cutting, and packaging) for the final production of menu dishes, breakfast, à la carte, 24-hour meal options, among others. Plate prepared dishes and set up buffet displays, ensuring replenishment and subsequent breakdown. Prepare coffee breaks, event catering requests, and staff meals when necessary. Ensure food product quality within the area by labeling and verifying expiration dates and storage conditions. Apply good food handling practices and support the controls established by the brand. Perform general cleaning of kitchen premises and facilities, including equipment.
