Position **Textile Quality Manager / Quality Auditor** Contract Type Indefinite-term contract Salary Current legal minimum wage + all statutory benefits Position Objective Ensure compliance with quality standards in garment manufacturing and product development processes by conducting production audits, monitoring processes, and providing operational support to production and development departments. Main Responsibilities * Conduct quality audits in workshops and garment manufacturing processes. * Monitor quality in finished products and ongoing production processes. * Identify anomalies, defects, or rework requirements and report them promptly. * Support control and tracking of technical specifications and samples. * Verify measurements, finishing, construction, and compliance with specifications. * Support product development processes and sample approval. * Assist production departments in continuous improvement and adherence to standards. * Maintain traceability and basic records of audits and quality control. * Support processes related to order, compliance, and area organization. Candidate Profile * Responsible, observant, and detail-oriented individual. * Strong interpersonal relationship skills. * Learning mindset and willingness to work collaboratively in a team. * Ability to identify errors and propose improvements. * Organizational skills and process monitoring capability. Requirements * Experience in textile quality, garment manufacturing auditing, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing and textile processes. * Prior experience in garment inspection and quality control is desirable. * Basic proficiency in office software tools.
