This is an opportunity to transform the traditional functional label into a digitally enabled one—giving each item a unique digital identity and a digital life. **www.averydennison.com****.** **Job Description** JOB MISSION: Ensure effective operation of the assigned Snap 500 machine, complying with defined quality, waste, compliance, efficiency, and productivity standards; responsible for preparing assigned production orders and delivering excellent customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain up-to-date inventory. * Execute assigned production orders, ensuring adherence to agreed delivery dates. * Guarantee printed product quality in accordance with quality standards. * Notify supervisor when the machine requires corrective maintenance. * Keep the workstation and common plant areas clean and organized daily, per assigned shifts. * Be available to perform various production-related activities (e.g., inventory, billing reports, product delivery). * Comply with Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, and Internal Work Regulations within their area of responsibility. * Know, understand, and comply with the Quality Management System Manual, as well as related standards, procedures, and work instructions directly applicable to their duties. * Implement corrective, preventive, and improvement actions arising from nonconformities related to their activities. * Comply with the Quality Management System and actively participate in initiatives aimed at continuous improvement. * Perform any other duties assigned consistent with the level, nature, and scope of their position. * Report any incident or safety violation—including unsafe conditions or acts—to their immediate supervisor. **Requirements** Education: High school diploma / Technical degree in Systems, Logistics, or related fields. Skills: * Knowledge of systems * Basic Excel knowledge (formulas) * Ability to manage Excel databases * Communication skills * Operation of thermal transfer machines * Proficiency with printing software (e.g., PC Mate/Label View/Nice Label) * Attention to detail **Additional Information** Knowledge in printing areas involving water-based, oil-based, solvent-based, and resin-based inks. Familiarity with ink preparation, anilox roll handling, flammable liquid inks, material handling, machine setup, and standardized work practices.
