Assist with equipment installation and configuration **Job Description** ---------------------- A prominent company located in Medellín seeks experienced personnel (minimum 12 months) to join its team as an Infrastructure Assistant. Academic Qualification: Technician in Systems, Networks, or equivalent. Specific Duties: * Administer, maintain, and provide support for network infrastructure. * Update and manage network documentation and information. * Monitor and maintain external and internal networks. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on telecommunications equipment. * Assist with installation and configuration of telecommunications equipment. Required Knowledge: * Proficiency in office productivity tools. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Strong writing ability. * Customer service orientation. * Fundamental concepts of networks and communications. * General knowledge of FTTH. Salary: $1,750,900 plus transportation allowance and mobility allowance of $450,000 + statutory benefits. Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., rotating shifts. Contract Type: Permanent contract with statutory benefits.
