A leading food company requires a Bakery Assistant for its Production team. **Experience:** 6 to 12 months related to bakery work. **Work Location:** Guayabal **Shifts:** Rotating **Knowledge:** Baking, mixing, dosing. **Responsibilities:** ● Produce requested items according to the company's formulation for each product. ● Identify appropriate product characteristics as defined, enabling timely detection of potential process failures. ● Report inventory levels of raw materials and submit procurement requests in advance. ● Complete production through to packaging, including labeling with expiration dates. ● Carry out cleaning and disinfection procedures and complete designated forms accordingly. ● Maintain a daily tracking inventory of personal work tools and promptly report any anomalies. ● Complete the daily production control form, reporting any anomalies or inconsistencies occurring during production. ● Ensure all products from the area are packaged before the end of the shift. ● Support other company production processes as required. ● Keep the workstation organized and clean. ● Promote a positive organizational climate and teamwork.
