Functions: * Carry out assigned production according to production orders. * Perform cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection of equipment, worktables, and utensils before, during, and after the work shift, as stipulated by the Quality Director. * Ensure proper care of equipment and work tools. * Complete the forms assigned by the Quality Department. * Perform mise en place (stocking cans, baking preparation, preparing creams and toppings, organizing worktables and raw materials). * Deliver the day’s production properly labeled and recorded on the production sheet. * Carry out all tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided they are legal activities aimed at fulfilling the company’s purpose. * Verify raw materials before starting the shift. Schedule: 6 AM – 3 PM, Sunday to Friday. Days off: Saturdays. Every other Sunday. Workplace: La Estrella. Salary: Between $1,423,500 – $1,900,000 plus statutory benefits.
