Responsibilities: Support the management of administrative activities at the Itagüí office, ensuring their proper functioning. Coordinate personnel administration, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and talent development processes. Assign, administer, and control human, administrative, technological, and financial resources, ensuring their efficient use in support of the company’s mission. Design, implement, and oversee policies, strategies, procedures, and programs aimed at growth, sustainability, and continuous improvement of the office. Ensure appropriate cost and expense management, promoting optimization of available resources. Guarantee compliance with internal and external regulations, contributing to the organization’s stability and long-term prospects. Foster a positive organizational climate and develop initiatives that enhance team productivity and commitment. Requirements: Technical/Technological or Professional degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of two years’ experience in similar positions within the industrial sector. Proven leadership and office administration management skills.
