Job Summary: We are seeking a Comprehensive Operations Analyst for the logistics sector, responsible for document management and analysis of goods movement information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and analyze information on goods movement and inventory. 2. Review and digitize customs documents. 3. Report entry processes and coordinate documentation delivery. A logistics company is seeking a Comprehensive Operations Analyst to perform the following functions: * Digitize, review, and analyze information in the Incoming Goods Movement Form (FMMI). * Review and digitize documents. * Report the entry process to the client. * Request subheading documents, gross weight, net weight, and quantity. * Request the client’s freight or insurance certificate for authorization of entry with the Free Zone (ZF). * Deliver original documentation. * Review and verify the import declaration and digitize it in the Outgoing Goods Movement Form (FMMS). * Deliver documents to drivers for departure from the free zone. * Submit the release declaration and the E\-franco exit form. * Digitize information into the Excel file for performance indicators. * Print documents for vehicle opening (DUTA, Invoice, BL). * Conduct inventory analysis. Requirements: 6 to 12 months of experience. Technical or technological degree in international trade, logistics, or related fields. Indefinite-term contract. Minimum wage \+ transportation allowance \+ statutory benefits. Work location: Caldas, Antioquia. Job type: Full-time. Workplace: On-site employment.
